Welcome to the Molloy Island Home Owners Association website.

Molloy Island is a small island in the Blackwood River, located within the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River, home to 275 privately owned residential lots and large parcels of land set aside for natural bushland and private recreation. There are no shops, public toilets, picnic grounds or other commercial or public facilities on the island.

All property owners are members of the Molloy Island Home Owners Association (MIHOA), who manages and maintains the Association owned assets and assists the AMR Shire in the implementation of the town planning scheme.

Access to Molloy Island is via a privately owned barge and restricted to residents and invited guests. If you are interested in purchasing property on the island, please get in touch with one of the real estate agents located in Augusta, who can arrange a visit for you.
